By Booking a service, you agree to our Terms & Conditions

Key Points

​

  • Deposit: Required via bank transfer to secure booking (amount confirmed on booking). Non-refundable.

  • Payment: Remaining balance due strictly in cash upon completion.

  • Quotes: Photos may be needed for accuracy. Guideline prices may change.

  • Extra Charges: Apply for excessive mess, pet hair, fluids, etc. (discussed prior).

  • Travel: Extra charges may apply outside main areas (Renfrew, Erskine, Inchinnan, Bishopton, Dargavel, Paisley); agreed upon during booking.

  • Reschedule/Cancel: 48+ hours notice needed to transfer deposit (one time only). Less notice, multiple reschedules, or no-shows forfeit deposit.

  • Prep: Please remove all personal items/rubbish & empty boot beforehand.

  • Access/Safety: We need safe space around the car (door opening). No work on main roads/unsafe locations. We operate from our van.

  • Weather: Bad weather may force rescheduling (your deposit is safe).

  • Arrival: Failure to be present/contactable within 15 mins of arrival forfeits deposit.
